Both underloading and overloading can result in poor washing quality. The service life of the equipment is reduced or it breaks down. Some models have a weight indicator. It will tell you the required volume of pillowcases and sheets to load. That is, the "smart" electrical appliance itself acts as a scale. In other cases, you need to find out how many kilograms or grams the drum will weigh down because of the sheet or pillowcase.
